Come join instructor Rae Page at the Barre!
This barre class will be a beginner level class that is a full body workout and great way to tone and strengthen the body with instances of cardio. The class will start with a warm up, before moving to the barre to focus on legs and glutes. The class will end on the mat to focus on core and a cool down. By attending the barre class regularly, you will see an increase in strength and a more toned physique. Hope to see you there!
