Join  for instructor Karla Troppman with a low impact, medium intensity Barre workout class using the Barre Above method of training. Focus will be on activity that supports and promotes strength, balance, posture, and flexibility—all functional, everyday skills to keep in check! This style of exercise is suitable for all fitness levels and ages and combines techniques from Pilates, Ballet and Yoga.


Participants should bring a mat. Optional items to enhance the workout are a small 9” ball, gliding disks, resistance band and light weights but they are not required.
