Saturday Morning Yoga

Join Lindsay DeGraw on Wednesday and Friday evenings  from for a fun all levels Hatha Yoga style class. During this class students will learn different yoga poses, breathing techniques, pose modifications, meditation, and relaxation techniques. 
Lindsay works to create a welcome and warm atmosphere were students feel safe to continue on their personal yoga journey.
